Overview
The Master of Commerce in Information Systems and Technology (Coursework) will be offered from the Westville Campus. The aim of this programme is to broaden a students’ information technology knowledge within a business framework so as to develop a thorough understanding of Information Technology theory as well as the skills necessary to apply the theory.

Entry Requirements
- A student may apply for admission to register for the programme provided that s/he has: a) completed a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Information Systems and Technology or equivalent; and b)obtained a credit-weighted average of at least 55% in this relevant qualification.
- The school responsible for the administration of the approved programme may establish additional requirements and may: a)limit the number of students admitted to a programme or module in any academic year; b)prescribe the selection process to be followed for the consideration of students for admission; c) prescribe minimum levels of general achievement and/or achievement in specific modules at undergraduate level in order to qualify for the selection process and/or registration for any particular module.

In order to complete the qualification, a student shall obtain not less than 192 credits and shall complete the modules as specified below. All modules are compulsory.
