Dr Koorbanally has a PhD in Organic Chemistry and she teaches Chemistry in the Augmented Program known as CASSE (Centre for Academic Success in Science and Engineering). She is involved in preparing the first year cohort of Augmented students to enter the mainstream degree after two years in the Augmented program. Dr Koorbanally has been involved in the CASSE program for over 25 years on a part-time basis and full-time since 2013.
