Biography

Mr. Mthobisi M. Zondi is pursuing his PhD and currently serves as an NGAP Lecturer in Statistics at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. His doctoral research models the growth trajectories of HIV-exposed uninfected (HEU) children from the multi-country PEPFAR PROMOTE study, using Latent Class Growth Models and Growth Mixture Models. He has published two papers from his master’s research on maternal and child health outcomes and has expertise in statistical epidemiological modelling, with proficiency in R, Python, SAS, SPSS, Stata, NVivo, and EndNote.
