Biography

Ms Seipati Mokhosi is an AAPD lecturer and PhD whose interest in gene delivery was sparked in her MSc work in the Nano-Gene and Drug Delivery Laboratory research group under the supervision of Professor Moganavelli Singh. Her primary research interest and PhD focus is in the use of magnetic nanoparticles in gene delivery geared for the CNS.

She has worked closely with Dr Wendy Mdlalose in Physics, for synthesis of the magnetic nanoparticles and hopes to anchor her research for a broader inter-disciplinary engagement.

 

Research Interests
